Through the non-invasive and painless method of quantitative electroencephalogram (EEG), we measure and record your electrical brain wave activity. This detailed brain map, known as a QEEG, helps identify patterns linked to focus, mood, sleep, and cognitive performance. By understanding these patterns, our clinicians can tailor therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs. QEEG assessment provides valuable insight into how your brain functions, enabling a more precise and personalized path toward mental wellbeing and optimal performance.
What you get:
The Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG) Assessment includes:
1. A QEEG recording of your baseline brainwave activity (in-person)
2. The Interpretation & Feedback by our Clinic's Neuroscience-Experts (online)

What is QEEG?
1. Introduction to QEEG Brain Mapping
Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG) is an advanced, non-invasive method used to measure and analyse the brain’s electrical activity. By recording brainwave patterns, QEEG provides a detailed map of how your brain functions in real time. The assessment is completely safe and painless, offering insight into areas of the brain that may be overactive or underactive and how these patterns relate to focus, mood, and overall mental wellbeing.
2. Why Choose a QEEG Assessment
A QEEG assessment helps uncover valuable information about your brain’s unique functioning. It can reveal underlying factors that influence attention, emotional regulation, sleep quality, and cognitive performance. This understanding allows our clinicians to design more precise treatment plans or neurofeedback sessions, aimed at improving balance, resilience, and day-to-day mental clarity.
3. What Happens During the Assessment
During the assessment, a comfortable sensor cap is placed on your scalp to record brainwave signals while you relax in a calm setting. The procedure takes about 30-45 minutes and involves no discomfort or electrical stimulation. Our clinicians guide you through each step, ensuring the process is smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

4. How Results Are Used
Once your QEEG recording is complete, the data is analyzed to create visual brain maps showing your individual patterns of brain activity. Our specialists interpret these results to identify areas that may benefit from targeted neurofeedback, therapy, or lifestyle adjustments. The outcome is a clear, science-based understanding of how your brain works, forming the foundation for a personalized approach to improvement.

5. Who Can Benefit from QEEG
QEEG brain mapping is suited to anyone seeking greater insight into their mental performance and emotional wellbeing. It can be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing:
-
Attention or concentration difficulties
-
Anxiety, stress, or low mood
-
Sleep disturbances
-
Learning challenges or memory concerns
-
A desire for enhanced cognitive performance or mental clarity
